Calvert Quest

Calvert Quest has come together to help transform men into Disciples of Christ and provide a brighter future for Children in the community of Calvert, TX.

 

What we offer: Hope, Food, Shelter, & Clothing. This is a place to stay with other men that are trying to reach similar goals. You will have an opportunity to study the Bible and grow closer to God. There is work available in the area.

What we require: For you to make a commitment to improving your situation and the town you are in. After 30 days you are required to pay $200/month (we will help you with this) to be a part of the program.  We ask that help out with food. We have many building projects around town that we will need your help with, usually on Saturday we do a community service as a group. You will be required to be drug and alcohol free.

If you decide historic small town Calvert is not for you then we will drive you or buy you a bus ticket back to Fort Worth.

 

Calvert Quest is a nonprofit, faith based 501c3 organization. It is the mission of Calvert Quest to bring in funding to establish various programs to help the Community.

 

The Men: There is a Peace and Hope that comes from walking with other Believers. We are not called to walk alone, but in Fellowship and Love. We are on a Quest to help Men that have lost their way, reinvent their self worth. The people involved in this Quest are here to grow themselves in Christ and help others along the way. We wish to bring a change and opportunities for the homeless.

 

The Big Impact: What is the biggest impact form of ministry? Service! With your donation you are helping put these projects in action. We have the Men to do the work, we have the kids to learn work ethics, and we have the elderly and disabled that need help with their house that they can’t do themselves. Think about the elderly widow that has a leaky roof. Don’t make granny get on the roof, help or make a donation instead.
